ボーン・トゥ・ラヴ・ユー (I was born to love you) は、イギリスのロックバンド・クイーンのリードヴォーカルであったフレディ・マーキュリーが1985年に発表した楽曲である。 同年発売したソロアルバム「Mr.バッド・ガイ」に収録され、シングルカットもされた。1991年にフレディが他界した後、クイーンのメンバーが1995年に発表したアルバム「メイド・イン・ヘヴン」にて、アレンジを大幅に変更したバージョンを制作・収録した。
日本では2004年のTVドラマ「プライド」のテーマ曲として、後者のバージョンが使用されたことがきっかけでクイーンが再評価され、「ジュエルズ」という日本独自のベストアルバムが発売されるほどのブームになったため、フレディのオリジナル版よりも先のドラマで使われたもののほうが比較的よく知られていると思われる。これ以後、日本では「ウイ・ウィル・ロック・ユー」や「伝説のチャンピオン」などよりもクイーンの代表曲的存在となり、2005年の来日ツアーでもアンコールで演奏された。この折はブライアン・メイとロジャー・テイラーがアコースティックギターのみの伴奏でデュオを披露した。
